Maintenance standards and precautions for angle steel punching machines

May 04,2022

The angle iron punching machine is a punching equipment used for punching processing of stainless steel pipes. It has changed the previous punching methods and opening punching technologies, and has greatly improved both the mechanical system and the control technology and function, bringing great benefits to the manufacturing industry. However, even if the equipment is good, daily maintenance should be paid attention to. Daily maintenance can not only extend the service life, but also maintain the manufacturing stability of the punching equipment. Therefore, let's talk about the maintenance standards and maintenance precautions of the angle iron punching machine.

Angle iron punching machines are punching equipment used for punching stainless steel pipes. They have revolutionized traditional punching methods and opening techniques, significantly improving both the mechanical system and control technology. This has brought great benefits to the manufacturing industry. However, even with good equipment, regular maintenance is crucial. Daily maintenance not only extends the service life but also maintains the stable operation of the punching equipment. Therefore, let's discuss the maintenance standards and precautions for angle iron punching machines.

I. Maintenance Standards for Angle Iron Punching Machines.

Angle iron punching machines are commonly used punching equipment in modern processing enterprises. As the name suggests, this product is used for punching holes, primarily in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and pipe materials. It greatly facilitates daily production needs. Below is an introduction to the common maintenance standards for angle iron punching machines.

1. Check the punching machine circuit.

Before using the machine, check the power switch and safety system. If there are any abnormalities, please check layer by layer according to the diagnostic system and repair before use.

2. Check the die position.

Manually test the die position for any displacement. If there is any displacement, tighten the die immediately. To ensure the safety of personnel, processing is prohibited when machine screws are loose.

3. Check the fastening screws in each part.

Manually check all screws on the machine for looseness. If any loose screws are found, contact the relevant equipment personnel immediately. Tighten the screws with repair tools before use.

4. Check the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the punching equipment.

The temperature of the hydraulic oil should be between 15 and 55 degrees Celsius. If the oil cylinder temperature reaches above 55 degrees Celsius, please turn on the cooler to cool it down immediately. The machine's oil filter should be cleaned regularly. The manufacturer recommends replacing the oil every 2000 hours of use.

5. Check the gear set of the navigation reducer.

Check the equipment for any poorly meshed gears. If any are found, contact the punching machine manufacturer immediately.

Angle iron punching machines offer accurate punching speed, high-quality punching areas, simplicity, speed, and a long service life, making them an ideal choice for stainless steel pipe punching processing.

1. Replace the hydraulic oil 2-3 times per year. Initially, the replacement interval should not exceed 3 months.

2. Lubricating oil should be injected into the slider regularly, and the surface of the column should always be kept clean. Inject oil before doing anything each day.

3. If the equipment has not been used for a long time, clean the exterior and apply rust preventive fluid.

4. Regularly check whether the transmission, connections, lubrication parts, and protective devices are functioning normally, and whether the die shell screws are stable and secure.

5. After work, turn off the angle iron punching machine power, clean the CNC machine tool, and clear any problems.
