Finished steel bars are produced through rolling.

 

The cold rolling forming machine uses a motor to drive the steel bar, and the supporting rollers and working rollers of the cold rolling forming machine apply force to both sides of the steel bar. The purpose of rolling cold-rolled ribbed steel bars of different diameters is achieved by changing the gap between the two rollers.

① Bearing roller: The bearing roller of the cold rolling forming machine is closest to the frame. When producing ribbed steel bars, this roller plays the role of supporting the steel bar, making the weight of the steel bar and the working roller evenly distributed. It is distributed on the supporting roller, so that the lower surface of the steel bar has ridges.

② Working roller: The working roller of the cold rolling forming machine is at the top of the supporting roller and farthest from the frame, so during production, the roller mainly plays the role of rolling the steel bar supported by the supporting roller. Ribbed steel bar, making the upper surface of the steel bar ribbed.
