Daily maintenance of air ducts
I believe most people are no longer unfamiliar with air ducts, but during maintenance, some things need special attention. Good maintenance habits can improve efficiency and extend the service life of air ducts. Several aspects will be introduced below.

Based on long-term experience, there are three main methods for maintaining air ducts: vacuum suction, gas flushing, and power washing. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages.
1. Vacuum suction: The specific operation method is to directly brush the dirt on the inner wall of the pipe. This requires the air duct to have a large manhole. The disadvantage of this method is that dust and stains cannot be completely removed.
2. Gas flushing: Connect a hose with a nozzle to the air duct to deliver compressed air to expel dust from the air duct.
3. Power cleaning: Use a pneumatic brush or electric brush to brush dust and dirt in the air duct. A requirement for using this method is that the surface of the insulating material cannot be damaged.
Correct operation and use of the fully automatic duct production line, pay attention to the following points:
(1) Machine operators and maintenance personnel must be professionals with relevant machine tool expertise or personnel who have undergone technical training. They must operate the machine tool in accordance with the safety operating procedures and regulations.
(2) Non-professionals must not open the electrical cabinet door. Before opening the electrical cabinet door, make sure that the main power switch of the machine tool is turned off. Only professional maintenance personnel can open the electrical cabinet door for live maintenance.
(3) Except for some parameters that can be changed for the user, users cannot modify other system parameters, spindle parameters, servo parameters, etc. Without permission, otherwise it will cause equipment, workpiece, and personal injury to the operator.
(4) After modifying the parameters, during the first processing, the machine tool will be locked by the machine tool and single program segment methods, and an unloaded test run without raw materials will be carried out. After confirming that the machine tool is normal, use raw materials for production.
(5) The PLC program of the machine tool is designed according to the needs of the machine tool and does not need to be modified. Improper modification and operation of the machine tool may cause damage to the machine tool or even injury to the operator.
(6) If the machine runs continuously for too long, it will affect the service life of the electrical system and some mechanical devices, thereby affecting the accuracy of the machine tool. It is recommended that the continuous operation time should not exceed 8 hours.
(7) All connectors, joints, etc., are not allowed to be electrically plugged and unplugged on the duct production line, otherwise it will cause serious consequences.
