This document introduces some key specifications for ventilation duct equipment installation. I. Ventilation Duct Installation Specifications 1. Fan Installation Specifications Summary (1) During the test run of the fan, the impeller rotates forward. After running for no less than 2 hours, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing should not exceed 35 degrees, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 degrees; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing should not exceed 40 degrees, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 degrees.

  This presentation introduces some key specifications for ventilation duct equipment installation.

  I. Ventilation Duct Installation Specifications

  1. Summary of Fan Installation Specifications for Fully Automatic Duct Production Lines

  (1) During the fan test run, the impeller rotates forward. After running for at least 2 hours, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing should not exceed 35 degrees, and the high temperature should not exceed 70 degrees; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing should not exceed 40 degrees, and the high temperature should not exceed 80 degrees.

  (2) The centrifugal fan is in close contact with the shock absorber base, the bolts are tightened, and there is a locking device.

  (3) When installing the shock absorber hanger for the duct fan, the fan and the shock absorber hanger are connected tightly and reliably; when installing with brackets and traction frames, the fan is tightly and stably connected to the shock absorber, bracket, and support.

  2. Summary of Installation Specifications for Filters, Paper Dust Collectors, and Filter Absorbers on Fully Automatic Duct Production Lines

  (1) The model, specifications, and rated air volume of various equipment must meet the design requirements.

  (2) The installation direction of various equipment must be correct.

  (3) When connecting equipment and pipes, it is advisable to use integral rubber hose joints, and no leakage is allowed; the fixed brackets should be flat and stable.

  (4) The filter should be firmly fixed, and there should be no obvious gap between the filter and the frame, and between the frame and the maintenance structure.

  (5) The paper dust collector and filter should be firmly fixed, accurately positioned, and tightly connected.

  3. Silencer Installation Specifications

  (1) The silencer frame must be firm, the size of the resonance cavity diaphragm must be accurate, and the shell at the connection between the diaphragm and the wall plate must be tight.

  (2) The installation direction of the silencer must be correct, and the support (hanging) frame should be set separately.

  (3) The fixed end of the silencer plate must be firm, and after separate installation, the spacing of the silencer plates should be uniform.

  (4) The sound-absorbing material is firmly bonded and flat, the loose material is filled evenly, and there is no obvious subsidence.

  (5) The sound-absorbing composite material is spliced along the airflow direction without damage; the perforated plate has no burrs, and the hole spacing is arranged evenly.

  4. Summary of Shut-off Valve Installation Specifications for Fully Automatic Duct Production Lines

  (1) Inspection before installation, its sealing performance should meet the technical requirements of the product.

  (2) During installation, the direction of the arrow mark on the valve is consistent with the direction of the shock wave.

  (3) The position of the switch indicator light should be the same as the actual switch position of the valve plate, and the operating position of the opening and closing handle should be accurate.

  (4) The valve should be fixed by a hook or bracket.

  5. Pressure Measuring Device Installation Specifications

  (1) The pressure measuring pipe should be welded, and it should be fully welded without leakage.

  (2) The connection between the pipe valve and the connecting piece should be tight.

  (3) The pressure plate should be treated with anti-corrosion, and fixed with expansion bolts.

(4) The pressure measuring instrument should be placed horizontally.
