What safety precautions should we take when installing a hydraulic bending machine?
A hydraulic bending machine is a device that can bend thin plates. After the power line is connected to the electromagnetic coil, the pressure plate is sucked, and then the thin plate between the pressure plate and the base is clamped. Using magnetic clamping, the pressure plate can produce workpieces of various specifications and can be used for the production and processing of workpieces with outer walls. 1. Power on, numerical control system abnormality.
This error is usually caused by software. Misoperation or frequent abnormal shutdowns can lead to file loss, affecting the normal operation of the software. You can make a judgment based on the system prompts and then decide whether to reinstall the software.
2. Slider movement malfunction.
The machine tool slider movement can be divided into four steps: opening, closing, fast transmission, working stroke, and slider return.
Y-axis change slider does not move: According to the electrical schematic diagram measurement, determine whether it is a hydraulic system failure or an electrical system failure. If the servo valve current is normal, it indicates that the hydraulic system has malfunctioned; otherwise, it indicates that the power system has malfunctioned.
The slider cannot quickly enter: The slider quickly enters the lower cavity, which is the result of the upper cavity negative pressure oil absorption causing the slider's own weight. You can also judge whether the hydraulic system or the electrical system has malfunctioned based on the power supply of the servo valve, and then solve it purposefully.
Check the condition of the hydraulic bending machine during installation and pay attention to safety:
1. Machine adjustment. Before installation, the machine's performance should be adjusted first. This process should be carried out patiently and meticulously. Check the machine for dust, iron filings, etc. and perform necessary cleaning to reduce future problems.
2. Adjust the slider stroke, pay attention to checking the mold thickness, and check whether the upper and lower module ratio is normal. Generally speaking, the module should be controlled at the on-off point of the stroke line, which must be noted.
3. Adjust the stroke module, that is, adjust the upper limit of the module. When the module rises to a high position, set the switch and maintain the stop position of the slider. At the same time, slow down the speed of the module when falling to better protect the machinery and molds.
4. Gap adjustment mainly measures the distance between the upper and lower modules, and the specific gap setting is determined by the folded plate.
5. Angle adjustment, angle adjustment, is related to the product. Generally speaking, if the mold is 90 degrees folded, the angle in the middle must be greater than the angle on both sides, so it can be tightened according to the adjusting screw. During the bending process, the pressure can be adjusted with a pressure gauge to prevent mold folding.
